Setting up the Ghost Browser proxy

Ghost Browser - a program that allows you to work with many accounts in separate tabs. It is used by webmasters, SMM specialists, application developers, betting enthusiasts, and many others. The multi-browser does not load the processor and does not clog the RAM, as virtual machines do. For the program to work fully, proxy servers will be required - preferably, one for each tab. Below we will talk about how to correctly configure the Ghost Browser proxy settings

Setting up a proxy one by one in the Ghost Browser

To set a proxy in the Ghost Browser, follow the step-by-step instructions:

Step 1. Launch Ghost Browser and click on the “Ghost Proxy Control” button. In the window that opens, click the Add / Edit Proxies button.

Step 2. Go to the “Add a Single Proxy” tab. Fill out the form - it indicates the name of the proxy (optionally, any name), the host address and port, username and password for authorization (if necessary). The "Tags" field is optional, as is the field with the name - it provides local identification of the added server (for user convenience).

Step 3. Click the “Add Proxy” button. The "Proxy list" tab opens - the added servers are listed here.

Step 4. Click on the opened tab, select the “New session tab” to open a new session tab. Click the “Ghost Proxy Control” button, select a proxy in the drop-down list for this tab of the browser’s Guest - this is done in the “Active Tab” line. After choosing a server, click the Reload button.

Step 5. To find out if the Ghost configuration was successful, check the IP address in any available service.

For safe work on the Internet, you can also use a browser with support for individual browser fingerprints. For example, Multilogin with proxy servers.

Bulk proxy setting in the Ghost Browser

To set bulk proxies in the Ghost Browser, follow this step-by-step instruction:

Step 1. Launch Ghost Browser and click on the “Ghost Proxy Control” button. In the window that opens, click the Add / Edit Proxies button.

Step 2. Go to the “Add Bulk Proxy” tab and click the “Import Proxy List” button.

Import a CSV file with proxy data - the format is shown in the screenshot (we leave the first line). If necessary, specify usernames, passwords, and tags, separating them with commas.

Step 3. Open the tab, click the "Ghost Proxy Control" button and assign the desired proxy to the tab.

Using Proxy System Settings for Ghost Browser

For proxies for Ghost Browser to work for all network connections, you need to configure them in the system settings of your operating system. To do this, follow the step by step instructions:

Step 1. Open "Settings - Network and Internet - Proxy Server" in the Windows operating system.

Step 2. Activate the “Use proxy server” switch, write down the server data and save the settings.

Step 3. Open the tab in the Ghost Browser, click the “Ghost Proxy Control” button, select “System proxy” in the “Active tab” line, click “Reload” and check the IP address.

Following this instruction, you can configure a proxy server in just a few minutes. We recommend using only paid private proxies for professional work through the Ghost Browser. They work smoothly, without slowing down the workflow, like free public servers.
