Proxy setup guide for Kameleo

Kameleo is an anti-detect browser that allows you to create and manage multiple accounts at the same time. But if the actions will come from one computer, i.e. from one IP address, all your profiles will be blocked. To avoid this, you need to bind one proxy with a different IP address to each account. This will make you anonymous online, help you bypass regional restrictions, open access to blocked sites, and greatly secure your online activities.

How to set up a proxy in Kameleo

To set up a proxy server in your browser, follow our instructions:

  1. Open a browser and log in.
  2. If you want to create a new account, click on the "New Profile" button on the sidebar. If you want to add a proxy to an existing profile, click on the "Open Profile" button.

Which proxy to choose for Kameleo

Kameleo anti-detect browser supports SOCKS5, HTTP(S), and SSH proxies. With HTTP(S) servers, you can securely promote social media accounts and visit restricted sites. This type is suitable if you do not plan to do web scraping or SEO optimization.

And for more complex multi-threaded tasks, it is better to choose a SOCKS5 server. This protocol is considered the fastest and most secure, and such proxies are suitable for scraping and processing large amounts of data.

Choose high-quality personal proxies - they will completely secure your accounts and help you remain anonymous on the network. Also remember to use 1 proxy per 1 profile so that each one will look like a "separate person" on the network, with a personal IP address and location.
