Proxy settings in Serposcope software for SEO

Serposcope is a free service for SEO-optimization of sites, searching for keywords, competitor analysis, and much more. With the help of this software, you can quickly bring your site to the TOP positions, however, such actions can not be safe. That is why you should set a proxy for Serposcope.

If all SEO analysis processes are performed from one IP address, many web resources can block you. To avoid this, you need to set up a proxy server. With a proxy you will be able to:

  • Hide your private IP address and remain anonymous online.
  • Bypass blocks and restrictions.
  • Successfully promote your site with the TOP queries.

How to set up a proxy in Serposcope

To set up a proxy server in Serposcope, follow our instructions:

  1. Open the service and log into your account.

  11. To check the proxy for operability, click the "Check All" button. If the proxy passed the test, you will see the "OK" status. If the result is negative, most likely the proxy has expired or has a bad reputation. This can happen with free public proxies, so we recommend using personal servers.

  13. To delete a proxy, check the server you don't need and click the "Delete proxy" button.

What type of proxy to choose for Serposcope

The service supports all major types of proxies, but HTTP(S) and SOCKS protocols will be the most optimal for SEO optimization. If you use these types of private proxies, all your data will be securely protected, and you will be able to promote your site online without any problems.

We also recommend using a proxy package (at least 10 servers). For multi-threaded tasks, this is the safest and most effective protection option.
