Is there a free trial available?
We do not offer trials, however, we do provide a refund within 24 hours from the issuance of the IP.
How often is the proxy pool updated?
Our team continuously works on expanding our pool to cover more countries and the number of IP addresses to accommodate even the most unique requests. Your addresses will not change during their use, except for replacements made upon request or forced replacements initiated by us.
I'm interested in a specific city or region
It is possible. Before making a payment, you should contact our manager to discuss the availability of the desired region. If it's not available in the required location, an alternative may be offered.
How soon will the proxies be available after payment?
All processes are automated, and the selection and connection of proxies take just a few seconds after payment confirmation by the system. If you encounter any issues, please contact our consultants, and we will resolve them as quickly as possible.
Is it possible to replace the IP?
Replacement is possible only within the first 24 hours after the order is activated and only once in case of technical issues, which are sometimes beyond our control. Compensation for the client's time in the form of an extended usage period may be provided. Additionally, proxy replacement is possible when renewing the service.
Can I extend only part of my proxy order?
Extending proxies is available to every client with an active order. When renewing, you can choose only the necessary IPs, except for IPv6, which can only be extended as a whole order. Additionally, different IPs can be extended for different durations.
I didn't manage to extend the addresses in time, can I get the same ones with a new order?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. In such cases, we recommend extending the proxies in advance or keeping an eye on notifications from our service, as we send out reminders three days before the necessity arises.
Are there any restrictions on the use of proxies?
Our proxies are provided for use without limitations on response time, speed, or the number of threads. However, their use is restricted by our terms of service, which prohibit phishing, spamming, brute-forcing, DDoS attacks, and accessing bank and government institution websites.
Do you offer refunds?
We provide refunds only within the first 24 hours after purchase, and only due to the technical issues with the IP.

What to do if a proxy is required of a specific city / region?
To do this, you must contact our online manager before paying for the order and discuss the possibility of sending the proxy with the region of interest. If this is not possible, an alternative may be proposed.

Yes, but before purchasing a proxy for a specific city, contact the customer support service, so that the operator can tell you the current list of cities.
